Our Report Cards

Our Report Cards are the definitive assessments of hiring practices of women and people of color in most of the leading U.S. professional and amateur sports and sporting organizations. The annual report card considers the composition of players, coaches, and front office/athletic department employees in professional sports organizations, including the National Basketball Association (NBA), the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), and Major League Soccer (MLS), as well as in collegiate athletics departments.
